Ants

Often trail-driven. Colony-focused control matters more than killing individuals.

Bed bugs

Look for bites in clusters, dark spots on sheets, and hiding in seams and crevices.

Cockroaches

Health-risk pests. Sanitation plus targeted control is the correct approach.

Mosquitoes

Standing water is the key. Breeding-site reduction plus seasonal treatments.

Inspection process

How do I know if I have bed bugs or fleas?

Bed bug bites tend to appear in lines or clusters, often on exposed skin. Flea bites are usually on lower legs and ankles. Bed bugs leave dark fecal spots near their hiding places. If you are unsure, we can inspect and confirm.

Are the ants in my kitchen dangerous?

Most kitchen ants (odorous house ants, pavement ants) are nuisance pests, not health risks. Carpenter ants, however, can damage wood structures. Identification matters for choosing the right treatment.

I found droppings — how do I tell what left them?

Mouse droppings are small (rice-sized) and pointed. Rat droppings are larger (olive-sized). Cockroach droppings look like pepper or coffee grounds. We can help identify from photos or an in-person inspection.

Do I need professional help for a few ants?

A few ants on a counter usually means there are many more in a colony nearby. If you are seeing them regularly, especially in multiple rooms, professional assessment is worth it. We can tell you whether it is a quick fix or something that needs a targeted plan.
